1. KWAILNARA Perfume de Moist Hand Cream Glam Savanna
“Infused with a musk floral scent and packed with nutrients from almond oil, shea butter, allantoin, and panthenol, this perfumed hand cream is fast-absorbing and replenishing with a silky soft finish. The chic zebra print design is also a fun, stylish addition to your pouch.”
2. Hanskin Bio Origin Royal Ampoule BB
“Hanskin’s famous Royal Ampoule BB Cream is packed with rich nutrients from royal jelly extracts and it lightly glides over your skin when applied, leaving a visibly silkier, brightened complexion.”
This product is 4.5mL in size – it’s tiny enough to fit into a makeup bag, or pouch. It’s not my favorite BB cream formulation (it’s been in at least one other memebox before), but I can see why this would be included in the box’s theme. A full-size version would be worth $54, according to Memebox.
There have been some complaints recently about Memebox recycling products from old boxes into new boxes (especially products featured in the second CutiePieMarzia box). I’m not grumpy about this being included because I feel like this is a pretty appropriate addition, and it would be even if it hadn’t been in a previous box.
3. TonyMoly Face Mix Cover Pot Concealer 4g
“A waterproof and long-lasting cream-type concealer that flawlessly covers up signs of blemishes and pimples. The gentle formula enriched with lotus flower water, marine collagen, and ceramide is non-stimulating to even the most sensitive skin and helps to maintain clear, supple complexion.”
There were two shades of this product and one was randomly selected for the boxes. I got 01 Light Beige. It’s a little too light for my NC20 skin, but it might work all right for brightening up my horrible panda under-eyes. It’s definitely creamy and easy to work with.
4. TonyMoly Crystal Stick Shadow
“Perfect to be used alone or blended with other shadow colors to create varieties of naturally gradated eye makeup. It contains micro flat-type pearls, mica powder, and rose hip oil for a long-lasting adherence and color pigmentation that do not dry out the sensitive eye areas.”
This cream shadow stick came in two colors, randomly selected – either Luxury Gold or Champagne Pink. I got Luxury Gold. I am awash in gold shadow sticks (I’ve gotten two of them in Memeboxes) so I was kind of hoping for the Pink, but this shadow stick isn’t great in terms of quality. It goes on smoothly and has a nice color, but it smudges and blends away even after you give it time to set.
5. Witch’s Pouch Radiant Lolli Tint
“This is a 3 in 1 must-have lip item that brings together the glossiness of lip glosses, naturally blending formula of lip tints, and the colorful radiance of lipsticks. It melts onto lips for a lasting pigmentation that instantly lights up your complexion with neon-bright colors – orchid pink, coral jelly pink, and funky hot pink.”
I got the orchid pink color called “Lolli Polli”. It’s not something that I would ever wear, so I’ll have to find it a good home elsewhere, but just so you are all aware, this is a full size product, and this is how it is actually packaged:
Yeah. That’s TINY. It’s literally shorter than my thumb. I’m not saying it isn’t a good product (I haven’t tried it so I have no idea) but that is not a lot of lip tint for $15.
6. Rosemine Vitamin E Lip Balm Rose Fairy
“Sweetly scented with fruity floral fragrance, this Vitamin E Lip Balm is richly formulated from a blend of Vitamin E, ceramide, rose hip oil and 7 different moisturizing essential oil. It coats over dry, chapped lips with a moisture layer to lock in the moisture and to protect against external damage or dehydration.”
I’m not a fan of rose, so I think I’m going to have to rehome this. I have gotten quite a few lip balms through memebox, so I have a sizable stash on my desk for testing anyway.
I’ve noticed the boxes that Memebox has been sending out lately seem to be steadily declining in quality, while either remaining the same or increasing in price. This box, to be honest, is really pretty disappointing.
